Unifirst of Baltimore has been a great company to deal with! Our long time driver Jake has gone above and beyond with his duties . He is always on time, removes and replaces things in his way, and is very friendly. He gets in and out promptly and has never left us unhappy. I work for The Grill at Quarterfield Station. We switched to using UniFirst fairly recently. Driver service has been great. Prompt and efficient. Office contact is a little lacking. Always have to wait for a call back vs handling the call at the time. Quality of towels and aprons can be semi hit or miss. More hit than miss. Overall we have been satisfied with UniFirst and plan to continue using them.
