I bought a ring for my wife and in one and a half months almost all the super swarovski beads are gone. They know who I am they know they sold the ring to me and they cannot change it because I don't have the receipt. I told them that I was going to give them the credit card receipt and they cannot accept that. So everyone be very careful do not buy swarovski jewelry because you are going to loose your money and your jewelry. And they won't do anything for you. Bad very bad.
