Staff is very friendly and helpful. They don't often have the large selection or good prices of large hardware stores. However they are faster and more convenient, not to mention friendlier, when you need something basic in a hurry.

Every time I go in the staff is friendly and helpful. The selection isn't as large as some of the larger retailers, but prices are competitive and the staff is very knowledgeable which makes them an ideal choice when I just need that one part to finish a project.

I’ve made probably 7 trips to Rommel Ace Hardware in Perry Hall in the last three years. I’ve yet to find anyone helpful. I always have to find something myself. Good grief. Hire qualified people will you?
