  Customer service by clerk horrible! Yelled at me for her error. Reported to manager who's response was "Do you need a hug?" No, need you to manage and train your employees. 41st the BEST!

  No idea what's going on with this place. They had one employee who was eating lunch at a table near the door. He yelled at another customer who was trying to pay in front of us. Then, stopped in the middle of the payment process (card in the reader) to help someone else do something weird with mail in a bag. I'm pretty sure the registers in the back are purely for decoration. Take the time, drive down to the other rite aid past greenmount.
