Very nice store everyone was helpful on Labor Day Monday. Purchased a new charm locket with the heart inside. Two days later at home I notice the charm fell out of the locket; somehow the locket opened. Called back the next day spoke with the Assistant Manager who explained to me lost items can't be replaced and would have to speak with the Manager. I couldn't understand since this was a new item off the line the week before. Why is the locket opening and the inside charm falling out. It made no sense it is no way possible a brand new item is so easily to fall out of a locket. However I really wasn't satisfied with what the Assistant Manager who really couldn't help me to begin with. I felt the Assistant Manager should have never stated "oh we can't replace lost items. How about it wasn't lost it fell out of a LOCKET get it LOCK ET. It shouldn't be that easy to open just like the clips aren't; come on now do I look stupid. I decided to call the Corporate office because I wasn't satisfied with the answer given and I had a strange feeling I really wouldn't get anywhere with the Manager. So I called Corporate, by the way who was extremely helpful and replaced the entire charm without any hesitation; explained this is a new item and is under warranty. Also was explained the store should have referred me to the corporate office to began with because the new item was defective. I never called the store to speak with the Manager who decides to give me a call and ask me what happened. This Manager said to me her Assistant explained what happened and instead of telling me she was told to replace it she asked again what happened was pointless. She asked me how was I wearing the item how about it is a charm for the bracelet and the necklace as advertised on the website duh. I'm thinking what difference did that make. I was sold a defective item and should have been replaced immediately. She then tells me the Owner of the Pandora Store said only because it's a new item they will replace it. I told her I already called the corporate office who was gladly to assist me without hesitation. I will never shop their again because they are not willing to help and assist you with defective merchandise. I have been a Pandora customer for years and never ever had any issues until this store. I will never go their for purchases again.
