Slow customer service bad quality service maybe if the retail salesman spent less time chatting with each other they could actually focus on the customer

I went to the store today to exchange a pair of jeans. There was a small queue at the till but no employees to be found.thrbline of customers migrated down to the lower level to find one solo employee who.informed us that there are several employees up stairs, they must have all been hiding.
