  Avoid this location! Very unprofessional and completely wasted my time. I put a BRAND NEW kingdom hearts hd 2.8 limited edition game on hold overnight (3/3/18) and received an email confirming the game was ready for pick up the next day (3/4/18 @approx 11am). Called several times after 12pm (they do not open until 12pm on sundays), to confirm my reserve, but no one answered. My friend drove all the way to this location (he lives closer than I do) to pick up the game on my behalf and they initially couldn’t find the game. When they found it, it was in a “used game” sleeve. They originally wanted to charge me a “brand new” game price. After requesting to speak to the manager (Dajuan) and pleading my case (over my friend’s phone) how a game in a sleeve is not brand new because the game is NOT sealed anymore and voids any refund for a brand new game, they called the district manager and got approval to take off 10%. I’m an elite pro member and can get more off for a typical used game. After I agreed to accept the 10% off THEY THEN COULDNT EVEN FIND THE CASE FOR THE GAME! This was the final straw. They actually had a nerve to be frustrated as if I DID something wrong. I didn’t buy the game. Never going to this location again. This is why I have a Best Buy gamers club membership and typically purchase from them.
