  The sales person greeted us when we came in the store and answered questions. We had a good experience here, as opposed to down the mall at the Re:Gen store, where the clerk didn't greet us (fine), reluctantly answered questions (okay), and generally acted like a jerkface. So, I guess this is a compare and contrast review, but what a difference. I'm definitely willing to go into this GameStop again to be treated well and have any questions answered in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.

  Lied to me about their black friday sales and tried charging my $10 more then what he said the product was due to the face he wouldn't admit he didn't know the deals they were running. After 15+ years of using this company and their affiliates I will be making the switch somewhere else.
