  Terrible since they switched owners. The seafood department smells as if the **** is bad. I used to love it for our black community but nope, westside shopping center to food depot I go.

  Expired meats, dairy and medicine. Almost all of the freezers are broken and all frozen food is crammed in one freezer that doesn't seem that cold as well as the frozen foods thawing out and leaking. It was absolutely disgusting. They are going to wind up poisoning or killing someone.

  Food king has new owners and I can see where they have improved the look in the store. Which was needed.The owners provided a better way in selecting your food. They expanded the meat department. Prices of course are going to rise however you still have choices on reasonable prices. They have good Customer Service. I purchased some seafood and the employee was very helpful.
