So I went to Rite Aid and their camera was broken too. Now I’m running late and may miss my appointment time. I rush into CVS and the two awesome ladies working there got me in and out in five minutes with passport photo in hand and I was able to get back to the post office in time for my appointment. This was customer service at its finest today.
