  Cummins Appliance sold me a refrigerator in July of this year that was dented. Various staff members and the owner Howard Cummins have been telling me for months that they are going to get me a new door yet they have not been able to deliver on this. I have had to waste a lot of my time calling in expressing my frustration and I still have not received the door that I've been promised. Do not be tempted to use this business because of any deals they may offer you. You will surely regret it when you realize how awful their customer service is. The owner tells me he's going to follow up with his manufacturer liaison and then does not get back to me. I leave messages with the secretary of the business for the owner and he does not call me back. It is very apparent that they are not interested in giving me the product that I paid for but rather leaving me with a dented refrigerator and a sour impression of their company. I repeat do not even consider buying appliances from Cummins Appliance , go to BestBuy or another large distributor of appliances because they'll actually have good customer service.
