I had a great experience, I even left my wallet and they called to let me know I left it. When I called back and asked if I could get my wallet, I was told they close at 10 and it was about 9:55, I asked the young lady if she could give me 20 minutes to return and get it and she stated that all the associates will be gone by 10:10. She then said get here when we open at 9 and get it then and ended the call....very very rude and had no compassion...still I'm grateful they have my wallet. Please teach your associates that customer experience starts with courtesy and tone.
