I went to the shop the next MORNING after the due date and was told it was gone. I would not recommend this shop. They steal your jewelry to resell at a profit. Most shops offer a grace period of at least ONE DAY. They saw my necklace was good quality and stoled it from me. I WAS TOLD MY NECKLACE WAS MELTED DOWN. I was one day late. If you have quality jewelry you want a loan on BEWARE of these guys.
