  I purchased a dress and later realized it had a holes in the lace. Thankfully I took pics in the dressing room of the store. Looking at the pics I seen that the hole was definitely there prior to me purchasing. I came back to the store with the receipt and the pics to show for an exchange or a discount and the owner would not exchange it bcuz it's a 7 days return policy and I had the dress for 8 days. She offered no recourse besides a petty $5 on a $35 dress I cannot wear. The customer svc at this point was horrible. I had pics to show the dress had a hole even before I bought it. She was not helpful nor did she care. I work hard for my money to just be throwing it away. The sad part is I absolutely loved the store but will NEVER purchase here again. If anyone choose to shop here I suggest u thoroughly inspect ur clothes before buying bcuz pics (in the dressing room) and having ur receipt means nothing to this store. To the owner I hope u start to do better by ur customers before u end up going out of business.
