I think it might be the latter because the cashier was responsible for maintaining the store and there was no chilly or sprite. He was also the one who caused an issue because I asked for another big bite and he repeated big bite 150 then rung me up for a big gulp. I think he just doesn't want to get another hotdogs for me or he may be mentally disabled if that's the case the manager needs more help.
